Day 70: All about the L's

Our day was made up of Lighthouses, Lobster and Looky-looing...and terrific Lightening as an exclamation point this evening. The camera got a work-out while our brains took the day off. Heading southeast into Maine, we bagged seven lighthouses in between stops for lobster rolls. And we slowly rolled by President George H.W. Bush's home in Kennebunkport. He and Barbara are there right now, so the Secret Service presence was high.

We're thinking so much of Stan's new class of 4th graders back in C.S.  He's sad to miss these early days of connecting but knows his students are in great hands with Mrs. Reynolds. We all send big hugs to our Skyway Elementary family (and to Kelsey's Foothills friends).

  2. wow, those light houses are amazing. I would love to see them some day. We need to build a "rocking chair" like that here. Very cool.
