Day 97: to move or not to move, that is the question

Actually, that title wasn't a question today, but rather a circumstance. We found ourselves in terrible bouts of traffic for much of the day as we first moved the camper to upper PA and then drove to Princeton to join John and Gail for some hotel R & R. What should have been a total of three hours was closer to eight. We believe Princeton needs its genius population to apply some tactical thinking to the area's road infrastructure. 'Nuf said.

It's great to see this town with John as our tour guide. He received his MDiv from Princeton Seminary and lived here for three years...although I use the term "lived" rather loosely, as most of his time was spent buried in books and papers. It's a beautiful campus, and we look forward to exploring it tomorrow--and hearing more of John's stories of roommates, professors, dining halls, and all of the other elements that make a university environment so special.

Our hearts are so happy being back with family...the times with my mom and now Stan's parents will, I'm sure, prove to be the best parts of the trip. Now all we're pining for are our pooches. The reunion with them gets closer everyday, as we're now well past the halfway point of our adventure. Hard to believe it!
